Not medical advice: train safely

• Repvale is a training log and planning tool. It isn't medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy or rehabilitation, and it doesn't replace a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach.
• Plans are generated from general training guidelines and the answers you give. They can't account for everything about your health.
• Check with a doctor before starting or changing an exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition, injury, pain, are pregnant, or are new to exercise.
• Use good technique, warm up, and stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or discomfort. You train at your own risk.

Your account

• Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information, especially in the planner, so plans fit you.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your content

Your workouts and notes are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the app to you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempting to access other people's data, disrupting the service, reverse-engineering it to attack it, automated mass sign-ups, or using it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

The service

We work to keep Repvale available and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is" without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or that data will never be lost. Export your workouts if you want your own copy. We may change, pause or discontinue features, and will try to give notice of significant changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, [Your name or company] isn't liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from your use of the app or from following any plan or information in it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
